Aimé Michel reports that on September 19, 1954, in Vaudreching, René Paul, electrician, sees an elongated object having "the luminosity of a neon tube" pass by.
[Ref. 50:] CHARLES GARREAU AND RAYMOND LAVIER:
The two authors indicate, in the context of the observation in Tromborn, that within six kilometers from there, that is in Vendreching, an electrician, Rene Paul, saw an elongated luminous object passing, that the witness expert in luminary compared to a "neon tube."
