BRIEF SUMMARY OF EVENT AND FOLLOW-UP:

Ufologist Marc Moravec reportedly indicated that in Cairns, Australia, Queensland, in June 1987, at 00:30 a.m., Michel Desmarquets rose from bed, dressed, and left a note for his wife explaining that he was going to be away for ten days.

He walked downstairs and into the garden and noticed that there was "a peculiar brightness" all around.

A human-like blond haired female, three meters tall, wearing a one piece suit and a transparent helmet on her head then took him up into a 70 meter hovering metallic gray colored disc-shaped object encased in a blue halo.

He was allegedly taken to a parallel Universe and to a planet called Thiacouba, and returned nine days later.

It seems there is no other information.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Cairns, Australia, on June 1987, at 00:30 a.m., the witness, Michel Desmarquets rose from bed that night, dressed and left a note for his wife explaining that he was going to be away for ten days. Nothing indicates when, how amd where Marc Moravec learned of the story, and nothing indicates his opinion about it.

Nothing is said about "planet Thiacouba" where he allegedly went.

The story clearly seems to be a fable of the "contactee" type but incompletely told or incompletely documented.
