Observation in Mulhouse, Haut-Rhin, June 25, 1971 at 09:00pm.
Mr. Joël Schweitzer and one of his friends:
"We saw a polished metallic top segment of a sphere which resembled a disc in fast rotation. It stayed stationary at fifteen meters above the ground during two minutes, slowing down its rotation speed. Then it started to rotate again and moved away.
The observation was done from a distance of 25 meters.
