The mysterious airship was seen floating over Shelby, Olivet, and Middleville, about 9 p.m. Thursday [April 15, 1897] and caused considerable excitement among the large number of people who saw it. But for its moving and changing lights, red, blue, green, it might have been taken for a star. |
